You can start your day whatever time you choose; however, the reception finish time is 12am (midnight) without any extension available.
Yes, we allow BYO beverages.
No, we require a reputable caterer and certified RSA bar staff to serve the beverages.
No, we have a triple garage with ample power that the caterer will user for the occasion.
Yes, however we do offer choice and flexibility. If you have a preferred vendor for some items, we can remove that component from our package.
No, The Homestead is for the exclusive use of the bridal party and other guests staying in the home.
No, unfortunately we don’t have the insurance cover to allow this on the property.
Yes, as The Homestead toilet facilities are to be used by Homestead guests only. The remaining wedding guests would need to use the hired toilet facilities.
Exception for very small weddings as agreed.
No real noise restrictions apply and we do allow bands to play until 11.00pm, following that, background music is allowed until the end of the evening @ 12am (midnight).
A maximum of 150 guests is allowed for Yoothamurra events, unless an alternative arrangement has been made with management.
Unfortunately, no we don’t. It would be highly recommended that a marquee is hired to cater for inclement weather. However, for smaller gatherings, you may be able to host the event inside the Homestead.
Yes, some outside vendors may be used following discussion with management.
